Sarah Suffir Shahparast, MS, OTR/L is a dedicated occupational therapist specializing in working with children with disabilities. Licensed in both New Jersey and New York, Sarah holds a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University.

With nearly a decade of experience serving pediatric populations in esteemed New York City schools, rehabilitation facilities, and hospitals, Sarah returned to her home state of New Jersey to establish a thriving private practice.

At the core of Sarah's practice is her firm belief that every child's needs are unique. She finds joy in working creatively with children, fostering their development of fundamental skills through innovative and individualized techniques.

Throughout her career, Sarah has remained committed to ensuring that a child's journey towards growth and development is not only productive but also fun and enriching. By incorporating enjoyable and challenging activities, she builds solid foundations with a focus on functional and meaningful outcomes.

To provide a holistic therapeutic experience, Sarah collaborates closely with classroom teachers, speech language pathologists, physical therapists, behaviorists, and doctors. This multidisciplinary approach ensures that your child receives a comprehensive and well-coordinated treatment plan.

When Sarah is not transforming the lives of her young patients, she enjoys hiking, exercising, painting, and spending time with her two daughters and her husband.

Insurance Policy
All therapy evaluation and treatment sessions are eligible for out-of-network insurance reimbursement based on policyholder benefits.
We are not responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses relating to cost of evaluation and treatment that are not reimbursed by your insurer.
We will gladly provide daily invoices including diagnosis code, CPT billing code & supporting documentation.
